i m using hp deskjet d2566 in my slackware 12.2. With Cups 1.3.9 it works well.
But the catridges seem too litle for printing. Then I found out that those catridge was made for testing only. I have to buy a couple new one to print correctly again.

The testing catridges only capable to print 80 pages. It called tester catridge. The trade catridges capable to print until 200 pages. This is quite annoying when you buy such a printer. Well. I m expecting this printer will print more and more when I bought it. But hey business is business. The factory doesn’t want to lose too much. Or they are protecting their product from hijack.

That’s fair enough.
